Aw~ Thank you for your kind message. Haha it’s quite alright~ :] I totally understand people are frustrated, and get angry out of the blue on others. I’m really trying my best. Most of the time, I do the research online for them and try to provide my best answers. It makes me sad because I don’t know if they appreciate it or not.
